Classroom Management

You may do anything that does not cause a problem for yourself or anyone else.

-This is a Love and Logic classroom.

-Students in my class are encouraged daily to be kind to others, and to make the best choices.

-I believe that it is important to have a mutual respect and trust between teacher and student.

-I believe that all children are unique, and therefore all actions and reactions very personal in nature.

-I hold all students to high standards of behavior.

-I hold all students to high academic standards. Your child’s grades are a reflection of their work.

-Your child is responsible for keeping track of his/her work, study guides, and notes.

actions.

am here.

SPECIFIC CLASSROOM RULES ARE DEVELOPED IF NEEDED.

You can help your child be successful by

helping your child accept and learn from

the consequences of their actions.

Student Conflicts outside of the classroom

before & after school, during recesses

If you need to report an incident or conflict that occurs outside of the

classroom, you can use our safety and bullying reporting form on the Prospect

Elementary Website. The sooner incidents and conflicts are reported, the

sooner they can be investigated and resolved.

Incidents and conflicts that are reported to me will be shared with Principal

Storey so that she can promptly begin investigating the issue. Principal

Storey is cares about all of our students and does an amazing job of helping

our kids resolve issues and when needed take ownership of their actions and

helps them develop a plan to resolve conflicts. Thank you!
