#SlowMath: Looking for Meaning Before the Task

How might we leverage technology to build procedural fluency from conceptual understanding while teaching our learners to ask better questions? How do we facilitate opportunities to look for regularity in repeated reasoning? What if we encourage sketchnoting to show connections?
