Following a comprehensive review of the UK market it became evident that there is a need for innovation, consistent quality and clarity on what is best when it comes to chalkboard surfaces, whether using traditional chalk or liquid chalk pens.

Whether for pubs, clubs, restaurants, leisure, hospitality, catering or domestic use the following range is the result. We are confident that you and your customers will be impressed with the designs, attention to detail and the excellent HPL chalkboard material that is at the heart of all our chalkboard products.

WHAT IS HPL?

Our high pressure laminate (HPL) board material is a high quality, hard-wearing, impact resistant phenolic resin based laminate with a specially formulated melamine impregnated surface layer that provides the best chalkboard product you will find. Available in a range of thicknesses, our HPL is UV stable and weather resistant, has the perfect anti-glare writing surface for either traditional chalk or liquid chalk pens and returns ‘to new’ time after time, using conventional household surface cleaners.

GUARANTEE

Our HPL panel material never requires repainting and comes with a 5 year guarantee against wear, staining or significant change in colour. All products are suitable for outdoor use.

DESIGN

We have challenged all aspects of chalkboard use and, while respecting the products traditional roots, have brought the findings of this research into design improvements that represent some unique market leading features and benefits aligned to excellent value for money.

PRINTING

Our direct to surface screen and digital printing has been perfected to provide unmatched durability and UV resistance. All products are suitable for direct to surface branding except the fully framed A-boards and wall boards in the hardwood ‘teak’ and ‘dark brown’ ranges.
