• Creating Custom Jewelry• Rare gems, precious metal and one-of-a-kind design• Starts with a sketch that materializes into a drawing• Goldsmith used to carve the block of wax or directly works the precious

metal by hand• CAD/CAM has changed this, but this process is still applicable for some

jewelers in different parts of the world

• CAD Design• Virtual tools converted into a realistic 3D file• Designed previewed by customer and approved before production

• Design can be modified, control final piece weight and customer directions with a couple of clicks

• File is transferred to a CAM machine (3D printer)
