Jackie Robinson

-Jack “Jackie” Roosevelt Robinson was born on January 31st 1919 in Georgia and died when he was 53 on October 24th 1972.
Jackie’s mother Mallie Robinson single-handedly raised Jackie and her four other children. He was the only black family on his block. He went to John muir high school and he went to Pasadena jr collage and he played four sports . Then he went to university of California. Then he won MVP in regional's. He went off to the Brooklyn Dodgers. He will be remembered for the first home run of an African-American.
BROOKLYN DODGERS
The Brooklyn Dodgers hadn’t had an African-American player since 1889.
Throughout his decade long career with the Brooklyn Dodgers, he made advancements in the cause for civil rights for black athletes.
Places lived
Jackie Robinson lived in Pasadena, Cairo, Brooklyn, New York City and Stamford.

Personal opinion
I think Jackie Robinson is an inspiring person because he achieved so many things.
