WHEN CAN MY CHILD MAKE HIS/HER FIRST RECONCILIATION? Your child make his/her First Reconciliation when they are in Grade two or older. WHAT DO I DO AS THE PARENT? Attend the Parent Information Meeting 2:00 p.m. at St. Theresa’s Church. Help your child by teaching him/her the lessons explained in the First Reconciliation book “ We Prepare for Reconciliation” following the family guide or lessons printed in the middle of the book and by helping him/her to memorize the basic prayers; Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be to the Father. If you missed the First Reconciliation classes during the Fall Session you may attend the Winter or Spring Sessions. Please bring your child’s Birth and Baptism certificate and a $20 donation to cover the cost of the book, Reconciliation Pin and Prayer Card. Please fill out the First Reconciliation Registra-tion Form and hand in together with the Birth and Baptism Certificates. If either of these certificates is written in a language other than English, please provide a valid translation of the information on the certificate(s)
