Photosensitive seizuresA very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in video games. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these “photosensitive epileptic seizures” while watching video games.

There’s word on the street about something

big going down, and It could be related to the

upcoming Realitat political rally in the city.

Milo’s driving skills are

legendary. He seems to be able

to make nearly any vehicle drop

into a high speed drift, making

him very hard to keep up with

through corners.

Milo’s use of the handbrake is

artistry. Using it, he can spin a

car to face a different direction

in the blink of an eye. This enables

him to quickly change direction

without warning.

Note: Although we believe he has been involved in many vehicle chases,

there are no reports of officers killed.

Sat Nav

Milo uses a satellite navigational device to

find his way through the city. As he drives, it

adjusts to show optimal routes to any desired

location in the city.

It also has the ability to track the police

if he’s involved in a chase. The amount of

illuminated stars represents the intensity level

of police interest. Incoming message alerts are

displayed at the bottom.

Witnesses have also seen Milo

perform a Special Move called the

Cyclone. At high speeds, he can spin

his vehicle 180 degrees, focus and then

destroy his chasers with a pistol.

Witnesses say Milo has the

ability, at high speeds, to focus

a powerful gunshot through his

windshield. His aim is near perfect,

so do NOT stay in front of him

too long during a vehicle chase.

Milo's PDASpecial Moves

Milo can access a full map of the city through his PDA. There are a

number of different things that will aid him, including:

– Milo stores his objectives on his PDA.

– He can set a Waypoint on his PDA screen. Locations such as Side

Missions, Garages or a Weapon Cache can be selected to lock the

location on the Sat Nav route finder. When he highlights a Mission or

Side Mission, the details are displayed clearly on the PDA.

– Milo can select and begin any Mission or Side Mission from his PDA.

For some Side Missions, he needs to be in a vehicle before he can

travel there. Certain vehicles suit Side Missions best, so he needs to

choose his vehicle carefully.

– His PDA can be used to track his progress in Barcelona. He keeps

tabs on critical things like the amount of Garages and Weapon Caches

he has unlocked, completed Side Missions and which vehicle upgrades

have been unlocked (become available).

– All Milo’s emails are stored in his PDA, so if he needs a reminder of

his next step, all of his correspondence is within easy reach.

Milo's driving skills are not limited to fast drifts and handbrak

e turns. He's

been observed destroying his enemies' vehicles by shunting an

d slamming

into them with his own ride. Enemies to the left, right and in front of his

vehicle can be targeted.

Wherever Milo Burik goes, a trail of smoking wreckage is usually left in his

wake. He inflicts untold damage to public property using this comba

tive

style of driving.

Milo's weapon skills are often brought into play to complement his

vehicle attacks - particularly when he's driving a motorcycle.

He

has been seen taking out the tires and occupants of other v

ehicles

with a few precise shots as he drives past. His accuracy seems

to improve the longer he can keep firing at his enemy.

Paulo Lial, head of the Los

Lantos Cartel, might be looking

for someone with Milo’s skills.

Paulo’s offer. This guy is your friend one

minute then your violent executioner the

across Stavo, and you’re likely

to find his unpredictable brother

Miguel, a Chulos Canallas enforcer.

Romanian faction, will likely want to

employ Milo to do his dirty work.

Formerly a key figure in Russia’s

gangland, Milo will need to watch his back if

he does any work for Radu.

We believe he is regularly hired to hunt down

and destroy a particular vehicle and its

occupant. Completing these missions seems

to infuse Milo with more focus, which allows

him to pull off special moves more easily.

There are also reports that he is sometimes

hired as a courier, driving dangerously through

the streets of the city. Reports state that

completing these missions allows Milo access

to Weapon Caches throughout the city.

Milo apparently has enemies, and when they

spot him on the street, a violent vehicle

chase ensues. His enemies will do whatever

is necessary to take him down. Completing

these missions seems to make Milo’s vehicles

stronger.

Milo has been seen accessing many

Garages throughout the city. He

apparently uses them to help evade

police and spray his car a nice new

paint job.

Milo has been witnessed picking up items

from his Weapon Cache. It's accessed

to attain one of many secondary, more

powerful weapons. He has friends in high

places, giving him easy access to many

powerful firearms.

Milo is suspected of going on a Rampage,

destroying public property and attacking

citizens in other vehicles. Completing these

missions seems to give Milo an edge in car

combat. It’s as if his attacks get more

powerful!

Milo is suspected of stealing taxis and

picking up passengers. Many witnesses and

passengers say that their driver was a maniac

with no regard for public safety.

Completing these taxi rides allows Milo

to quickly travel to specific locations

throughout the city. Taxi

Showdowns. The speeds are incredibly

dangerous to other drivers and pedestrians.

Completing these missions allows Milo to

upgrade his cars' performance. Their handling and

Milo must hate these Lion statues. There are

many of them scattered throughout the city,

and he is suspected of destroying any that

he comes across.

Milo’s suspected reckless driving may not be

limited to the asphalt. Witnesses have seen

vehicles soaring through the air. If you’re

pursuing Milo at high speeds, be prepared to

land your vehicle safely.

We need to protect the city. Burik is linked to destroying

artwork, as well as reckless driving beyond regard for public

safety. Cameras throughout the city have captured some shocking
