Hark the Herald Angels Sing

Hark! the herald angels sing "Glory to the new-born King Peace on earth and mercy mild, God and sinners reconciled!" Joyful, all ye nations rise; Join the triumph of the skies; With angelic host proclaim "Christ is born in Bethlehem!" Hark! the herald angels sing "Glory to the new-born King!"

Christ, by highest heaven adored; Christ the everlasting Lord; Late in time behold Him come, Offspring of the favored one. Veiled in flesh, the Godhead see; hail the incarnate Deity Pleased as man with men to dwell, Jesus, our Emmanuel Hark! the herald angels sing, "Glory to the new-born King"

Hail! the heaven-born Prince of Peace! Hail! the Son of Righteousness! Light and life to all He brings, risen with healing in His wings. Mild He lays His glory by, born that man no more may die; Born to raise the sons of earth, born to give them second birth Hark! the herald angels sing, "Glory to the new-born King" Away in a Manger

Away in a manger, No crib for His bed The little Lord Jesus Laid down His sweet head

The stars in the bright sky Looked down where He lay The little Lord Jesus Asleep on the hay

The cattle are lowing The poor Baby wakes But little Lord Jesus No crying He makes

I love Thee, Lord Jesus Look down from the sky And stay by my side, 'Til morning is nigh. Silent Night

Silent night, holy night! All is calm, All is bright Round yon Virgin, Mother and Child Holy Infant so Tender and mild, Sleep in heavenly peace, Sleep in heavenly peace.

Silent night, holy night! Shepherds quake at the sight! Glories stream from heaven afar; Heavenly hosts sing Al-le-lu-ia! Christ the Saviour is born! Christ the Saviour is born!

Silent night, holy night! Wondrous star, lend thy light! With the angels let us sing Alleluia to our King! Christ the Saviour is here, Jesus the Saviour is here!

Silent night, Holy night! Son of God, love's pure light Radiant beams from Thy holy face, with the dawn of redeeming grace, Jesus Lord at thy birth; Jesus Lord at thy birth.

Good King Wenceslas

Good King Wenceslas looked out On the feast of Stephen When the snow lay round about Deep and crisp and even Brightly shone the moon that night Though the frost was cruel When a poor man came in sight Gath'ring winter fuel

"Hither, pae, and stand by me If thou know'st it, telling Yonder peasant, who is he? Where and what his dwelling?" "Sire, he lives a good league hence Underneath the mountain Right against the forest fence By Saint Agnes' fountain."

"Bring me flesh and bring me wine Bring me pine logs hither Thou and I will see him dine When we bear him thither." Page and monarch forth they went Forth they went together Through the rude wind's wild lament And the bitter weather

"Sire, the night is darker now And the wind blows stronger Fails my heart, I know not how, I can go no longer." "Mark my footsteps, my good page Tread thou in them boldly Thou shalt find the winter's rage Freeze thy blood less coldly."

In his master's steps he trod Where the snow lay dinted Heat was in the very sod Which the Saint had printed Therefore, Christian men, be sure Wealth or rank possessing Ye who now will bless the poor Shall yourselves find blessing The First Noel

The first Noel the angels did say Was to certain poor shepherds in fields as they lay, In fields where they lay keeping their sheep On a cold winter's night that was so deep. Noel Noel Noel Noel! Born is the King of Israel!

They looked up and saw a star Shining in the East beyond them far, And to the earth it gave great light, And so it continued both day and night. Noel etc

And by the light of that same star Three wise men came from country far, To seek for a King was their intent And to follow the star wherever it went. Noel etc

This star drew nigh to the northwest Over Bethlehem it took its rest, And there it did both stop and stay Right over the place where Jesus lay. Noel etc

Then entered in those wise men three Full reverently upon their knee, And offered there in His presence Their gold, and myrrh and frankincense. Noel etc

Then let us all with one accord Sing praises to our heavenly Lord, That hath made heaven and earth of naught And with His blood mankind hath bought. Noel Noel Noel Noel! Born is the King of Israel! Do you hear What I hear?

Said the night wind to the little lamb Do you see what I see Way up in the sky little lamb Do you see what I see A star, a star Dancing in the night With a tail as big as a kite With a tail as big as a kite

Said the little lamb to the shepherd boy Do you hear what I hear Ringing through the sky shepherd boy Do you hear what I hear A song, a song High above the tree With a voice as big as the sea With a voice as big as the sea Said the shepherd boy to the mighty king

Yea, Lord, we greet Thee, Born this happy morning, Jesus, to Thee be all glory given; Son of the Father, Now in flesh appearing;

O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, Christ, the Lord. We Three Kings All We three kings of orient are, bearing gifts we traverse afar Field and fountain, moor and mountain, following yonder star. O star of wonder, star of night, star with royal beauty bright. Westward leading, still proceeding, Guide us to thy perfect light.

Boys Born a King on Bethlehem's plain, Gold I bring to crown Him again King forever, ceasing never Over us all to reign. O star of wonder…

Girls Frankincense to offer have I, incense owns a Deity nigh Prayer and praising, all men raising, Worship Him, God most high. O star of wonder…

All Myrrh is mine, its bitter perfume breathes a life of gathering gloom. Sorrowing, sighing, bleeding, dying, sealed in the stone cold tomb. O star of wonder…

All Glorious now behold Him arise, King and God and Sacrifice! Al-le-lu-ia, al-le-lu-ia, heaven to earth replies. O star of wonder…
