There was a boy of age 12 in the year 1918 during the freedom struggle. His name was Chandrashekhar Tiwari. Once the boy was sitting in the class. After some time he heard the slogans from outside. He took the permission from his teacher and went outside to see what was happening. He saw a sage leading some group. Then he came to know that it was a freedom movement. Suddenly there was a change in the situation. He saw some British officer attacked the crowd and hit the sage. This young patriotic boy who was observing all this was angry to see all this did not keep quoit. He took a stone in his hand and hit the British officer. The policemen attacked the boy to catch. But he escaped from the place. The next morning the police went to Chandrashekhar's school and arrested the young boy. He was submitted to court. The judge asked the boy to tell his name. The brave boy told his name as "Azad" which means freedom. The judge was shocked. He asked the boy to tell his father's name. The boy replied saying "Swadheenata“. Then the judge with anger asked his last question,"Tell your address". The boy laughed and replied that he likes to be in jail and that was his permanent address.

Then the judge gave him the punishment to beat the boy with the wet rope made up of leather by a fat healthy person 12 times. The boy told that it was a shame for his act to get only 12 so asked the judge to increase the punishment. But the judge refused and the boy was taken to the place where he should be beaten. There the boy was made naked and the man started beating. It was so hard that the boy's skin was tore. But the boy did not have tears but cried loudly "Vande Mataram". For every beat his voice increased. After the 12 beats the jailer returned the boy's dress. But the boy could not wear because the body was bleeding. The flesh had come out. He was given 12 paise to put bandage. The boy told to give the money to queen Victoria and tell her that it was given by a young Indian patriot as out. The boy was none other than the great legend "Chandrashekhar Azad".

Known by tiranga, is our developing nation, Dreams will come true when, people play their part
with passion, Civilised, cultured lilliputs with big hearts,
All together, love together is the dream for my nation.
Where the mind is free from the chains of fear, The road ahead always seems clear, The doors of opportunity open to all,
There is no division, no border, no wall.
Where the head is held aloft and high, The Ambition can soar to the sky,
The temples, mosques, churches stand side by side, Where in every field, we have won glory and pride.
My Bharat should aim for the stars, My land should stay away from wars,
My eyes should see this dream come true, Let’s work for this goal, me and you.

Namo Namo Ae Bharat Mata, Jo Tumne Veeron ko Janm Diya,
Pran Leta hun Jeevan is mein Seva Karne ka Sankalp Kiya.
Tere is dharti par maa kuch aise Narsahar hue, Jinhone Humare Kaleje ko Chattanon Se Majboot Kiya, Mera Har Karya Jan Seva aur is desh ke Unnati ka ho
Yeh Drund Nichaye apne man mein Kiya.
Azadi ko us din kah dunga,ki Aaj Jashn Alag hoga, Jab tere bacche 24 ghante nischint har kone mein
ghoom Sake, Ek Pawan dhatri ka har kona ek bagiya ke tarah saaf
rahe, Technology ka khela har baccha Gungaan Kare.
Is Tirange Ka Maan is Vishwa mein Sabse Bada Hoga, Maa Tere Dushman ko Tera Bhai Banane Ke Drun
Nischay Kiya Hai, Poore Desh mein ho Shaanti aur Roj Pragati ka Harsh

4 POTIONS IN OUR BODY
Meet your happy chemicals or the four potions in our body - Endorphins, Dopamine, Serotonin, and Oxytocin. It is important we understand these hormones, as we need all four of them to stay happy.
…Contd..
Food for Thought
Why is the letter W, in English, called double U? Shouldn't it be called double V?
The Science behind it
The Endorphins. When we exercise, the body releases Endorphins. This hormone helps the body cope with the pain of exercising. Laughter is another good way of generating Endorphins. The Dopamine. In our journey
of life, we accomplish many little and big tasks, it releases various levels of Dopamine. When we get appreciated for our work at the office or at home, we feel accomplished and good, Once, we join work, we buy a car, a house, the latest gadgets, a new house so forth. In each instance, it releases Dopamine and we become happy. Now, do we realize why we become happy when we shop?
4 POTIONS IN OUR BODY The Science behind it
So, it is simple, we should hug regularly our kids and families to get Oxytocin and we will be happy. Exercise to get Endorphins, appreciate for Dopamine & help others for Serotonin. When we are happy, we can deal with our challenges and problems better.
The Serotonin is released when we act in a way that benefits others. When we transcend ourselves and give back to others or to nature or to the society, That is because we will use our precious time to help other people via our answers or articles
* This article is sourced from social media.
The Oxytocin, is released when we become close to other human beings. When we hug our friends or family Oxytocin is released. The "Jhadhoo Ki Jhappi" from Munna bhai does really work. Similarly, when we shake hands or put our arms around someone's shoulders, various amounts of Oxytocin are released.

MONTHLY ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITY
“The second benefit of being respectful to others is that it reduces stress; the first is – it improves your relationship and thereby productivity“
The activity was to reiterate the impact of your conversation on others if done in a respectful and compassionate manner.
Condition was – they need to talk to other person as per the card Value only i.e. lesser the value, less respectfully they need to talk and vice – versa.
Each participant was given one “High card of Respect” which was to be placed on their forehead. None of them were allowed to see their own card or tell someone else about their card value. They were asked to roam around and converse with each other about respective businesses.
Ultimately, all of them realized that if someone is being respectful to them they feel good & lot of positivity is there too.
