Why this is important for you? Attending a two-day seminar could never provide enough practice. Furthermore, employees need time to learn and time to apply what they have learned on the job. It is very important for them to get enough support during this trial-and-error period. We provide many types of long-term support and it can be completed at the employees’ convenience. We are only paid for the results we deliver, not the time or what we give you. In the past, training providers charged for how much time they gave your or the different materials and support they gave you. Today, HR managers throughout the world realize that results are important and the only way to ensure that results are delivered is to pay for them, not for the number of days a training program lasts. Thailand is still in the transition stage, so we offer both pay for results and pay for time packages. Why this is important for you? You can feel secure that you are getting the results you want.

Custom designed seminars to meet YOUR needs. Using a thorough needs analysis and strictly following the Total Quality Framework for Corporate Skills we provide a range of learning options for you to choose from. This means you can custom make the course you want with our advice by choosing both the content and how it is to be delivered (i.e. face-to-face, online, one-to-one, etc.) Why this is important for you? This means you are getting exactly what you need. You don’t have to worry that the seminars will focus on irrelevant topics or that the way it is delivered won’t be the most effective choice for your employees. Creative, engaging, and growth-oriented learning experiences that your employees enjoy, actively participate in, and learn from. Both research and experience have shown that employees work best when they are fully engaged. Our training programs go to great lengths to do exactly that—fully engage everyone. Why this is important for you? You will hear fewer complaints from your employees that they were bored or found the training useless.

I’ve been to many training sessions, but this one was the most creative and cleaver. We did all sorts of different things, made things, did role-plays, did games, and mini-presentations. We learned a lot from each other and from the instructor. I really enjoyed this new way of learning.
