happy easter! if you’re looking to get chocolatey with the family this month, then you’ve come to the right place. There’s a huge range of fantastic easter hunts and trails throughout the city, as well as the fabulous York’s chocolate story attraction that will tell the tale of the city’s love affair with cocoa. But don’t stop there – York cocoa house is a gorgeous café and chocolate haven, where you can also learn how to make your own chocolate. Yum.

York isn’t just about chocolate, though – there are loads of excellent events and fascinating attractions to pay a visit. as the battle of where to bury richard iii rages on,

a great place to check out is the richard iii museum on goodramgate. meanwhile, ghost fans will be thrilled by the ghost Trail that takes place each night from the minster, and vintage lovers will adore the treasures at the Festival of vintage at the racecourse. alongside all of this, there’s a whole host of fantastic theatre, comedy and gigs to entertain you – there really is something for everyone in York this month!

whatever you decide to do, enjoy your stay.
