Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano, chilli powder or whatever)

2 Tbs honey

Marinate the wings in lemon juice, salt and dried herbs for half an hour or more. Drizzle honey over the wings and put into oven 160°C, after half an hour baste with the juices and turn the wings. Repeat every 10 minutes until the juice has gone and the wings are sticky.
