Hacienda Santa Ana (Bayamón): Ron del Barrilito'sfamily-run distillery is now open to the public and includes a tasting.

PitoRico (Jayuya): a distillery in Jayuya that produces a type of moonshine called pitorro which comes in a variety of flavors.

Serrallés Castle Museum (Ponce): for some local rum history visit the former home, turned museum, of the Serrallés family, in Ponce, producers of Don Q rum.
