Sensory for children
Sensory Space
A place for all children to explore and play at Marsden Library. Learn through technology, touch, sight, sound and movement.
The space features play-based equipment including a bubble tube, touch screen, tablets and wall toys. Kits for families and groups to use with children are available including: social and emotions; tactile; fine coordination; auditory and visual.

After Sensory Story time we have a featured hands-on session using targeted resources from our Sensory Space to help children develop abilities. Parents/carers are required to assist.

Join us for a night of child-led sensory fun in a welcoming and judgement-free space. Explore our sensory kits with your child, play games or discover robotics. For families living with autism or other sensory processing issues.

You will be amazed by the things that can be learned about wildlife from their poos. Join Geckoes Wildlife to discover the secret lives of local wildlife. Come along and paint a caterpillar and other objects we have created on the 3D printer. Please wear old clothes. For ages eight to 12.

Nyeumba-Meta is a space and collection at Logan Central Library that aims to foster respect for Australian Indigenous cultures.
