Resize Chamfer Curve

เปนค าสงทใชส าหรบแกไขขนาดของ Chamfer ในหมวด Sketch ซงผใชงานสามารถปรบขนาดของ Chamfer ไดโดยการเลอนทลกศร (Drag Mouse) เพอปรบระยะ Offset Distance

และผใชงานยงสามารถใชงานค าสง Resize Chamfer Curve ในกรณท Sketch นนม Chamfer ทง 2 ดาน ทตองการใชปรบขนาดไปพรอมๆกน (symmetric) ไดอกดวย

ท าไมถงควรใชค าสงน ???

เมอใชค าสงนแลวจะท าให ผใชงานสามารถแกไข chamfers ใน Sketch ไดอยางสะดวก โดยไมตองค านงวา Sketch นนจะมการก าหนด constraints หรอไม

สามารถเขาถงค าสงไดอยางไร ???

2D Synchronous Technology settings

ในชดค าสง 2D Synchronous Modeling นน ในทกค าสงจะมสวนของ Setting อยบรเวณดานลางของ Dialog Boxes ซงใน Settings นไดมการเพมตวเลอก ดงรปดานลาง

NX9.0 NX10.0

ซงตวเลอกนจะเปนตวควบคม Angle of Adjacent sides และ Behavior of Arcs.

Size เปนการเลอกวาตองการทจะรกษาระยะและขนาดของเสนทท าการแกไขใหเลอกเปนแบบ Maintain แตถาเลอกเปนแบบTrim and extend กจะเปนการยดหรอตดเสนอนทเกยวของออกไปดวย ดงรปดานลาง

Size = Trim and Extend Size = Maintain

Keep Tangent เปนตวควบคมและรกษาสภาพการ Tangent ของเสนตรงกบสวนโคง

Keep Orthogonal เปนตวชวยในการรกษาสภาพของความเปนมมฉากเมอมการแกไขเสน โดยจะมผลท าใหเสนอนโดยรอบยงท ามมอยในลกษณะเดม

o แกไขโดยการน าเอาเสนทมการ overlap ออก o แกไขโดยการน าเอาเสนทมขนาดเลกๆ ตดๆ กนออก o แกไขโดยการน าเอาจดสวนเกนออก

การปรบปรงเสนโดยการเปลยนเสนแบบแทนทใหกบเสน splines , conic , Line และ Arcs o แทนทเสน splines หรอ conic ดวยเสนตรงและเสนโคงเมอมคา distance threshold ตรงตามเงอนไข o ปรบปรงเสน splines โดยการน าเอาคา C0 knot points และคา self-intersections ออก

ท าไมถงควรใชค าสงน ??? การ Import เสน 2D เขามาท างานใน Sketch นนอาจจะเกดการ Error ของเสนแบบตางไดงาย โดยค าสง Optimize 2D Curve นจะชวยในการแกไขเสนแบบตาง

Creating sketch splines

NX10 ไดท าการเพมความสามารถในการสรางเสน Splines ในหมวด sketch เพอใหผใชงานสามารถสรางเสน Splines ไดงายและสะดวกขน

Studio Spline command เมอผใชงานท าการสรางหรอแกไขเสน Splines แบบ by poles กจะสามารถก าหนดคา Tangent Continuity แบบ G1 และ G2 ไดในขณะทเรมสรางจด start และ end poles. โดยการ drag Mouse.

Top Border bar มการเพม Snap Point แบบใหมคอ Poles ซงอยในสวนของ Top Border bar เพอใหสามารถเลอกจด Pole บนเสน Spline ได

Point construction มการเพม Option : Spline Pole ในการเลอกจดบนเสน Spline เขาไปในชดค าสงทมการเลอกแบบจด เชน ค าสง Line, Arcs

และในครงแรกทมการ Trimming เสนทไดจากการ recipe curve จะปรากฎค าเตอนวา the associativity will be removed. (ความสมพนธของเสนนจะถกน าออก)

Drilling to tool contact depth

Use the MODEL_DEPTH option to drill to where the tool contacts the part. You control the drilling depth by choosing whether the tool contact point is at the tool tip or the tool shoulder. In the following example, (1) is a hole modeled with a flat bottom and (2) is a hole modeled with a tip angle.
