What’s New in Sage Millennium 2013 Focusing on Prospect Management and the end user experience, Sage Millennium 2013 features include enhanced mobile access for all users, on demand reports for prospect managers and directors, workflow for prospect data entry, photographs for display and reporting and new display customization features including paging of data. With the ever increasing use of mobile devices, Sage Millennium 2013 allows for access on all smart phones and tablets. Previously, view access for some data was available on hand held mobile devices for users with the executive license. With Sage Millennium 2013, full data viewing access is available and data insert is available on key prospect management tables. Additionally, with licensing changes, any user of Sage Millennium can access the mobile views. Workflow is now available for data entry for New Prospects, Proposals and Planned Gifts. The new feature allows users to set up workflow processes creating single forms from several tables for faster data entry and minimization of errors. Changes in Advanced Data Examiner allow for faster, more automated import of data. Data import can now be completely automated. Additionally, data rows that match existing data exactly can be excluded from the pending tables to allow for much easier import of update files that may contain a small number of changes. Display customization capability increases with Sage Millennium 2013 with several new features. Paging of data allows users to determine how many records are displayed on the initial page rendering. This allows for faster loading of tables with large numbers of records. Additionally, sites can now remove unused tables from the navigation and display pages and change the names of custom tables. For our Canadian customers, Sage Millennium now has full serialized receipting functionality. For a full list of new features and defect fixes, please see the Release Notes for Sage Millennium 2013.
