Apple upside down CakeBy: Amrit Daid
Ingredients...-2 red apples
-2 tablespoons of Maple syrup or golden syrup-100g/4oz self raising flour-100g/4oz soft margarine-100g/4oz caster sugar or brown sugar-2 eggs
Start off by ...
-heat oven at 325 degrees-peel and de core 2 red apples-cut them in thin slices
Next…-grease tin-cover bottom with thin layer of golden syrup
Butter
Maple syrup
Next....-mix apples with 2
tblsp of sugar-line tin with apples
Now for the cake...
-sieve flour in bowl-add margarine, sugar, and eggs-beat until light and fluffy
Lastly...
Spread mixture carefully over the apples
next...-place in oven-bake for 45 mins until firm
Now for the fun part....When cake is done flip it over onto a plate
Extras....-add final touches
-different types:Mango, pineapple, cherries
