Our Job

Page 3: What we had to do for our part of the Silent Auction was we were in charge of creating a healthy fruit cup for 300 people

What we did first for this project was email Larry Millard from Easter Seals.

We had to set up a meeting with him about the event, we went and met with him to talk

about how many people were going to be there and what it was about.

Decided which fruit would be most cost effective for 300 people.

Our fruit we chose was Cantaloupe, Grapes, Blueberries, Oranges, and Kiwi

Step one

Email Larry about the exact amount of fruit cups we would need.

Once that is sent set up what time and where the drop off is going to be.

Step Two

What had to be done the day of the event was we had someone be at the school waiting for

Larry to drop off the items. Next, we had to scoop and dish out 300 cups

of fruit for the event. The final step we had to do for this event was

pass out the fruit cups to everyone that wanted one.
