What We Are Learning…Math: This week we will be learning about multiplication and division. The focus is on division. Please have your child practice the addition and subtraction facts.

Science: This week we will be learning about sound energy. The focus will be on vibrations and how sound travels.

Social Studies: This week we will be learning about inventions, sound and medicine over time.

Reading and Writing: This week we will be reading Jump. We will be working on fact and opinion, vowel dipthongs oi, oy, suffixes, and comprehension.

Homework: Read 30 minutes nightly.Study spelling and vocabulary words.Please refer to your child’s agenda for all other assignments and information.

Things to Remember Students arriving later than 7:30 will be

counted tardy. Breakfast is served 6:30- 7:10. All visitors must go through the office and

get a visitor's badge. Don't forget to bring a picture ID.

ALL students are required in standardized dress code. Dress code violations will be cited starting this week.
