Project success criteria
• Something that will last for a year or so• Something that will raise attainment and close gaps• Something that will fit in with the school’s SDP• Something that fits in with your faculty’s SDP• If a pastoral project, something that is clearly linked to a significant
group of students• Something that is focused and clear• Something that will have measurable outcomes• Something that relates to an area of interest or aptitude that you have
