Q HOW DO I PARTICIPATE? A (1) Join! See the previous page for instructions. You can also use your mobile device to register and

track your healthy eating activities. If you don’t have access to a computer or mobile device, sign up by calling RedBrick at 855-479-7624.

(2) When the challenge begins on March 1, start tracking your healthy eating online at GKN.RedBrickHealth.com. Don’t have access to a computer, smartphone or tablet? Record your activities using the Tracking Log at the end of this FAQ and call in your results to RedBrick once a week at 855-479-7624 through March 31, 2017. All activities listed under the green, Eat Healthy category on Track qualify for the Fuel Up Challenge.

2. Click the Track It button at the top of your screen

3. Click All and then the green, Eat Healthy category

Q WHAT WILL I EARN FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE CHALLENGE? A All participants earn $25 in rewards for participating, up to your eligible maximum of $500 in wellness

rewards. Wellness rewards are available only to employees and spouses covered under a GKN medical plan.*

*Certain employee groups are not eligible for rewards. See your 2017 Overview Guide for details.

Q HOW DO I COMPETE? A Use Track to log your Eat Healthy Activities. All activities in the green, Eat Healthy category qualify for

the challenge. Each activity earns you wellness points. Wellness points add up to Fuel Up Points. You can earn up to a maximum of 3 Fuel Up Points per day.

Healthy Breakfast 110 150 Wellness Points = 1 Fuel Up Point Fruits: 2+ Cups 80 +100 (250 total) Wellness Points = 1 Fuel Up Point Half Whole Grains 80 +100 (350+) Wellness Points = 1 Fuel Up Point

Healthy Fats 90 Earn 350+ wellness points daily

= 3 Fuel Up Points (Maximum of 3 daily)

Healthy Snacks 90 For Example:

Lean Protein 90 Breakfast = 110 No Sweets 110 Drink water instead of soda = 70 1 Fuel Up Point (180 pts) Real Food 90 Half Whole Grains = 80 1 Fuel Up Point (260 pts) Slower Meals 80 Veggies 2+ Cups = 110 1 Fuel Up Point (370 pts) Veggies: 2+ Cups 110 360 = 3 Fuel Up Points Water Instead of Soda 70 You just earned your maximum 3 Fuel Up Points for the day!

Q DO POINTS CARRY OVER FROM DAY TO DAY? A No. Each day begins anew.

• If you do not earn at least 150 eat health wellness points, you will earn 0 Fuel Up Points for that day.

• If you earn between 150 and 249 points, you will earn 1 Fuel Up Point for the day. • If you earn between 250 and 349 points, you will earn 2 Fuel Up Points for the day. • If you earn 350+ points, you will earn your maximum of 3 Fuel Up Points for the day.

Q WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO FOR EACH ACTIVITY? A The definition of each activity is listed in Track, so you don’t need to remember! But here is a preview:

Eat Healthy Activities Wellness

Points Activity Definition (These are all listed in Track!) Healthy Breakfast 110 Track each day you eat a healthy breakfast. Fruits: 2+ Cups 80 Track each day you eat at least two cups of fruit.

Half Whole Grains 80 Track each day where half the grains you eat are whole grains.

Healthy Fats 90 Track each day you eat at least two healthy fats. (Nuts, olive oil and avocadoes are good choices)

Healthy Snacks 90 Track each day where all your snacks are healthy choices. Lean Protein 90 Track each day where your protein choices are all lean. No Sweets 110 Track each day you avoid sweets.

Real Food 90 Track each day where at least half the food you eat is "real food.” (5 ingredients or fewer, or nothing that comes out of a bag or box)

Slower Meals 80 Track each day you thoroughly chew each bite you eat.

Veggies: 2+ Cups 110 Track each day you eat at least 2 ½ cups of veggies. Water Instead of Soda 70 Track each day you replace all soda and juice with water.

Q HOW DO I SEE MY CURRENT FUEL UP POINTS TOTAL? A Go to your Rewards page and click on the Fuel Up Challenge Tab. The wheel will show you where

you’re at!

Q HOW CAN I WIN PRIZES? A Earn as many Fuel Up Points as you can during the month of March. Prize levels are as follows:
