With the emergence of COVID-19, trade shows have been postponed or cancelled, travel has been halted and category reviews paused. This has left a void in buyers’ ability to discover new, innovative products. The Spark Change Product Discovery Zone will fill that void by providing exposure for brands and their new products from August through the end of 2020!

Product Discovery Opportunities

Through Spark Change’s virtual Product Discovery Zone, manufacturers will have the ability to showcase their brand throughout all five virtual events and bridges in a simple, high-impact way. This is an opportunity to highlight new and exciting products, connect with the Natural Products Expo audience, including influential buyers, and deliver rich company content. The Product Discovery Zone represents a powerful digital transformation of a booth at your favorite trade show.

• Showcase your new or leading products, including all pertinent information that buyers need to make informed decisions, while also allowing you to highlight your product innovation and points of differentiation.*

• Ability to man your Product Discovery Zone (booth equivalent) in a live manner during the five events; it will also be accessible during the periods between each of the events and the platform will notify you of any attendee meeting requests.

• Ability to schedule 1:1 video meetings.

• Ability to chat and answer immediate questions.

• Ability to capture leads of buyers who have interacted with your Product Discovery Zone.

• Opportunity to self-fulfill sample requests or participate in New Hope Network’s Retail, Consumer, or Connect to Press Discovery Box where New Hope Network will fulfill sample requests.

• Ability to easily highlight key points of differentiation through hosting of content and multiple branding opportunities within your Product Discovery Zone.

• Option to introduce your brand and build excitement within your space with a video or image header (option for New Hope Network to create your video content).

• Navigation of the Product Zone will be searchable in a simple, easy-to-navigate way that allows for exploration via multiple means:

• In alignment with the Natural Products Expo pavilions and specific buying categories, along with Micro-Community themes when relevant.

• Via intelligent product matching which can serve up targeted recommendation that make sure the right people see the right new products.

• This AI technology is based on attributes both at the company and attendee level that will be selected during set-up within the platform to deliver data driven matches.

• New Hope Network to highlight companies that are showcasing thought leadership around each Micro-Community topic via various marketing channels to drive traffic to the Product Discovery Zone from August through the end of 2020.
