i want to ask about SOFT handover overhead, what parameters are
required to fix this and How we
can improve it??

1) Average Active Set SizeTotal Traffic / Primary Traffic.
2) Secondary / Total Traffic
Typical Values are like 1.7 (Avg Active Set Size) or 35%
(Secondary / Total )
Soft Handover Overhead is not a problem nor a goal to reach. It
is an unavoidable side effect of the
RF overlap between different RBS and the need for UE to connect
and decode the signal from every
sectors that is above a certain RCSP level.
