Try sending a recognition – Click Recognize in the top left!Sending a recognition is as simple as choosing our company value, a recipient, and a message. It takes under one minute to show appreciation. Can you think of anyone who has done something awesome in the last year?

Login to Microsoft Teams to find Recognize in the menu.

Login to Workplace by Facebook to find the Recognize bot in Chat. Login to Yammer to view recognitions in the feed. Login to Outlook to find Recognize in the top ribbon.

One week into program

Sending a Recognition“A great recognition is one that is sincere, specific, and timely.” – John Doe CEO

Rule of thumbMake sure the recognition is for something genuine otherwise it will lack meaning. Be sincere!

Make sure the message says exactly what happened without giving away confidential information? Be specific!

When you see the recognition happen, try to record it within 24hsr. Be timely!

Is the recognition message at least a full sentence or two? Take your time writing it. Be descriptive!
