Observationwhat is observation , and what is its relation with truth? To be in the 'now' or the 'present' which is in constant movement, changing moment by moment, its essential to be alert , aware and sense whats happening in and around us. Observation is one aspect of this sensing. Being so attentive, observant, sensitive, its seen that the present contains the past and the future. Also the relationship of the 'observer' to that which is observed becomes evident. Once these facts are seen and there is clarity established in life by putting things in their proper place, there may come upon a silence which reveals the 'Truth' of existence. could i say that observer is observed ? could you tell me what is time and how truth related to time and peace? why u said that truth is a feeling of silence ?could i say that observer is observed , could you tell me what is time and how truth related to time and peace? why u said that truth is a feeling of silence ?

With the awareness and understanding of the noise of 'I', or the movement in 'becoming' there comes a sense of peace and order in life. There is cessation of many inner conflicts . Again...this is not the knowledge about the activity of brain, but actually watching the activity as it is happening while operating in daily life. For example "observer is the observed" can be knowledge for me or an actuality when there is moment to moment watchfulness of responses of memory to all kinds of sensory stimuli. Time in the mind exists due to activity of thought, remembering (by means of thought) what had been in the past, and 'thinking' about what will be in the future. The above is a reality for only in moments of passive watchfulness. But this kind of watchfulness is difficult to sustain.

However, there is much deeper awareness ...where in you go beyond 'what is' and theen there is an emptying of the brain of the past and mutation in the brain cells themselves .
