Knapsack, hand-held and pedestrian controlled Do not require
testing under SUD Can and are tested by NSTS Alternatively they
need to be inspected by a competent operator and results of
inspection and any maintenance carried out must be recorded.

How do I get my sprayer tested Visit the NSTS website

Test Centre Arrange a mutually convenient time to have the machine
tested Machine examiner registers the result with NSTS Fixes decal
to machine stating PASS and showing date of test Leaves copy of
Test report form for machine owners records Any repairs required
can usually be done by the Machine Examiner

How much does the test cost The NSTS is commercial at the point
of use Simply a cost per hour x time taken There is a registration
fee for each machine tested Any spares or repairs are additional to
the cost of testing Machines can be pre-prepared for the test Test
can be carried out at machine owners site
