This button was already available in the Stress / Continuous / Resting ECG test. Now you can also use it in the Holter analyzing window.

Fixed bug with vector / raster setting for printing and PDF export
We have fixed the bug that caused all exported reports to be generated in the vector format regardless of the setting.

2 Cardiospy 5.03.04.01 Improvements Firmware update function for EC2/3/12H V6 Holters
The firmware update procedure for the previous generation Holters has not changed.
We have implemented the firmware update functionality for the V6 Holters in Cardiospy. The firmware will automatically be updated when you connect the recorder to the PC. This process will only be done if the current version of Cardiospy contains a firmware, which has a different version from the one already installed on the recorder. The update process has to be done only once per recorder.
This window will pop-up when you have to update the firmware:
When you are updating the firmware, you have to remove the batteries from the recorder or the proccess cannot be done.
When you see this message, you have to disconnect the device and a few seconds later you have to reconnect it, then click on the update button again.
After the update is complete, you can close the pop-up window and you can start using your device with the new firmware.

Improvements to speed up opening and saving Holter records
You can open Holter records from the patient database 40-80% faster than in the previous versions of Cardiospy.
Saving newly evaluated or modified records is also 15-20% faster.

3 Cardiospy 5.03.04 Improvements Cardiospy now supports the new generation (V6) EC-2/3/12H V6 Holters (from SN: 16xxxxxx)
From this version, you are able to use both the older and the new (V6) versions of Holter devices. Older versions of Cardiospy do not support V6 Holters!
V4/C4 channel is now used for storing respiratory signal (only EC-12H, V6)
This channel is now used for storing respiratory signal, so the ECG on the V4 channel is calculated mathematically from other channels. Because of this, you will not see lead-off warnings on this channel.
V4/C4 channel is also shown as disabled at the Service tab.
If there is lead-off on any channels (R, L, F, V3, V5) that is used for calculating the V4/C4 channel, there will be „lead-off” on that channel as well.
Respiratory signal analysis for sleep apnea detection will be available soon with these new devices.

4 Cardiospy 5.03.03.05 Improvements Slopes for ECG averages
There is now a new switch in the ECG view / ST menu - “Show ST slope”. If you turn it on, you can see the ST slope values in the main window, if you set the view to “Averages waveforms with ST” in the ECG view / ECG menu.

5 Cardiospy 5.03.03.04 Improvements Asian characters supported in Cortex MetaSoft Studio integration
All UTF-8 characters, including Asian characters are correctly transferred from Cardiospy to Cortex MetaSoft Studio.
Manually inserting atrial fibrillation events remove automatically detected supraventricular (S) beats
Due to a bug in the software since version 5.03.03.01, when an atrial fibrillation event or another similar long-term event that precludes supraventricular (S) ectopic beats was manually inserted, automatically marked S beats were not renamed as N beats. This bug has been fixed in this version. It is still possible to manually add an S beats to a period containing such an event.

6 Cardiospy 5.03.03.03 Improvements Complete French-language translation
A new French translation has been included, which covers all expressions in the software.
Improved responsiveness on the patient database screen
The patient database screen has been improved to provide a better experience when changing filters. Especially in case of larger patient databases, the user interface could lag when a filter was applied or the user changed systems. In the current version such occurrences of “frozen” UI has been removed.
More fluent scrolling of Holter ECG records
From the present version ECG scrolling on all ECG screens in Holter ECG mode is smoother, especially lower performance computers.
Keyboard shortcuts and colour schemes available for the Template-Lorenz screen
The Template-Lorenz screen has been improved to include keyboard shortcuts and colour schemes similarly to the normal Templates screen.

7 Cardiospy 5.03.03.02 New features Real time TTL output
We have introduced a TTL output feature, which generates a square wave trigger signal with a predictable delay (ca. 550 ms, less than 10 ms jitter) from the onset of the QRS complex. This TTL output can only be used together with the CAB-00SYN-05 cable that can be connected to the BNC input of any external system requiring synchronisation with ECG.
Support for Suntech Tango M2 blood pressure monitor in Stress ECG mode
Based on the above-mentioned real time TTL output, we support the Suntech Tango M2 blood pressure monitor as an addition to our Stress ECG system. Detailed interface notes are available from either Labtech or Suntech.
Integration of Cortex ergospirometry
This new feature provides a seamless integration between the two systems by synchronising the patient data, stress protocol, phase and stage information and also sharing relevant parameters (e.g. HR, BP, SpO2) in real time.

8 Cardiospy 5.03.03.01 New features New firmware for USB-02 dongle and EC-12S recorder
We have improved the firmware of the USB-02 dongle and EC-12S recorder, which results in better, reliable and more stable connectivity. Improvements are especially expected in the time required for the initial discovery of the recorder.
After updating Cardiospy on the first start with connected dongle a window will pop up notifying that and automatic update will be done. Click on the “Upgrade” button and wait until the progress bar finishes, then close the window.
When you first pair your EC-12S recorder with the updated dongle a window will appear indicating the firmware of the EC-12S will be updated. Click on the “Upgrade” button and wait until the progress bar finishes, then close the window.
Merging Rehabilitation and Main Cardiospy versions
We have merged the Rehabilitation (Remote ECG) and Main branches in this new software version, so there will be no special versions necessary for Remote ECG operations.

Improvements in NetECG support
We have included two new panels in the Control Panel under NetECG tab. In the first one there is a possibility to choose the time interval of synchronization from real time to 30 minutes. Real time synchronization is only recommended for faster internet connections.
The other panel is for notification settings. Here you can add an e-mail address where to the server sends messages about the modifications. It is synchronized all the time, so for example a new record is uploaded to the server an e-mail will be sent to the given address.

Commercial dongle integration
We have integrated commercial dongles into the Rest/Continuous/Stress and Holter systems. It means you can use our software with most of the Bluetooth dongles (that are available on the market ) and also with the built-in ones.
Template demixing by Lorenz Plots
You can demix misclassified beats on some S, V, N or other templates with Lorenz Plots more easily.
You can access this function by pressing Template-Lorenz button.
DICOM report in Holter/ABP mode
Uploading reports to DICOM is now available in Holter and ABP mode.
You can access this function from the Print menu when record is open.

Hiding the database screen in GDT mode
It is possible to hide the database screen when Cardiospy is running in GDT mode.
You can set up the GDT function easily. Click on control panel in settings menu, then choose GDT settings. Here you can set up the GDT function and also it is possible to hide the database. If you hide the database of the software, the system tray icon will appear. In case you want to make it visible, click on the icon on the system tray.
New languages
We have added the Finnish and Chinese languages to Cardiospy.

NetECG synchronization
NetECG synchronization sever (cloud) is a middle of the cardiology center which we have extended with the possibility of up and downloading optional length records. Records could come from the Cardiospy application on PC and from simplified ECG application on smartphone with Android and iOS.
Real-time synchronization happens with the cloud server with the help of a client program on the computer of experts who work in the center so records which made by the doctors arrive in real time. After the evaluation of each record doctors make findings to the received records. It is sent to the cloud after it and the general practitioner can be informed about the report. Furthermore they can get the records also with it.
If you would like to know more about the system please contact with us.
You can find the portal settings at Settings/Control Panel/NetECG settings. In the lower toolbar a synchronization icon appears by activated NetECG mode. It changes according to the state of the synchronization. Every records of the Labtech devices can be synchronized to the portal including the automatically exported findings also.

Move database
Your hard disc has been filled and you would like to move Cardiospy database to a new place. You can do this with a simple step.
You can move the local and the simple net database to another driver. Database with the records will be transferred to the selected driver.
Enter to Settings /Select menu. Then choose the database which you would like to transfer. Click on button move. Choose the target library out. If you click on button Ok, Cardiospy will transfer the database automatically.
Please perform the translocation carefully, in some cases it could take a few minutes.

Resting and stress system
Trends windows in enlarged mode
If you use your stress system in two screens mode you have an opportunity to display a enlarged trend graph. If you click on the graph with right mouse button it will change to magnified mode. You can inactivate this function with this button also.

AVG view in resting systems
We have taken the familiarized average view at the stress system to the resting system. At long records making an average view is available. You can activate it by choosing function ECG View/ ECG/ Average waveforms.

1X12 channel view in printing
You can choose a 12 channel with 1 column printing finding at resting and stress ECG findings. Enter to print settings and under the Miscellaneous tab you can find this function. You can turn the two column view off by turning the two column ecg view function off.

Holter system
Recording starting without patient’s name
This function will help in that case if you would not like to take every patient details in before the start of the recording. Turn off the Enable Holter recording without prespecified patient data function at Settings/ Control Panel/ Reading and recording menu.
After please connect the Holter recorder to the computer and read the records. You can already start the recorder after disconnection. You need to take the patient data in at the reading of the records.

3D ST graph
Besides the present 2D ST graph the 3D visualization of the ST levels has also been completed. This function is available in both our Stress Test and Holter systems, under the 3D ST tab.

Actual page and report printing
Please select the print preview button. The two new printing functions can be found in the upper-right corner. With the help of selecting the “Printing the actual page” button the page appearing on the screen can be printed. By clicking on the “Actual Report” button all pages of the selected report can be printed.

ECG measurement in microV
The ST measurements can be viewed in mVn. This setting can be reached under ECG / ST / Measurement / micro V. This function is available in our Resting ECG, Stress Test and Holter software.

Resting and Stress system
DICOM export in Rest ECG system
It is possible to export resting ECG waveforms and resting reports to the DICOM server. The settings can be configured under the control panel / DICOM image storage menu. When the settings are complete then after opening the resting record the DICOM icon appears in the toolbar and in the printing preview.
- The waveform can be sent by clicking on the button in the toolbar.
- The report can be sent by clicking on the button in the printing preview.

AVG report page in Long ECG report
It is possible to print a new report after preparing a resting long ECG records. It is the AVG view used for stress tests. Only the average values are indicated on the report successively.

Summary II Day – Night – Total tabs
The summary tab has been divided into further sections. Day time and night time total tabs have also been made available, which summarize the events in the day time and night time intervals on a separate tab - set when starting the record.

Holter’s, ABP’s firmware upgrade wizard
In order to facilitate firmware upgrades on the recorder, a new firmware upgrade wizard window has been integrated.
When upgrading, please follow the instructions appearing.
The steps of upgrading:
1. Please insert full charged battery into the recorder.
Do not remove the battery during upgrading!
Do not disconnect the recorder to the PC.
2. Please click on the Upgrade button for starting firmware upgrade!
3. Disconnect the recorder from the PC. The recorder will restart (do not remove
the battery). When the recorder cannot restart in 20 sec, please remove the
battery then reinsert it into the recorder.
4. Please waiting for the recorder indicates the rebooting with tone.
5. After the recorder restarts, connect it to the PC by a USB data cable.
6. The firmware update has been successful.

Disable automatic read
Automatic read of Holter and ABP records can be disabled. This function can be reached under the Settings / Control Panel / Reading and Recording menu. Tick the checkbox, then click on the reading button so reading of the record will be started.

Step between interval type events
You can switch between the interval type events in the event view with the help of the new hot key the interval type events. With the help of CTRL+ <- -> arrow buttons You can switch between the event intervals.

Go to selected time
By clicking on the time field you can type the time, which you wish to examine, manually. When the time is set click on the Go button and the program will go to the required time.

Computer minimum configuration requirements will be enforced at program startup and before Rest/Stress recording
We have modified our materials related to minimum configuration because of the reliable operation of several basic functions. With this in mind, please install our program to your computer. We have also inserted some safety warnings into our program. These are continually paying attention to the configuration of the computer, so in case it isn’t sufficient for the operation of the program, they throw up a warning window. Please take into consideration when you use our program. The manufacturer does not take the responsibility for the usage in case of those computers which do not reach the minimum configuration.

Support for Holter/ABP devices manufactured in or after April 2014
We prepared the software for proper handling of the Holter and ABP devices manufactured in 2014.The newly manufactured products are not compatible with older version softwares. Please pay more attention to that during usage. It is important, to install the 5.03.00 or latest softwares before starting to use the devices.

Automatic updates
It will work without administrator level access to the computer for the updates, elevated rights are only needed once for the installation of the Cardiospy Update Service.
We are pleased to inform you, that our Cardiospy software has been expanded with automatic update service. This function can freely be set and blocked. It works only in case of accessible internet connection. We recommend to update it at all times. If you would like to have your software up-to-date, please switch on this function.
The setting can be found in the Settings / Control panel/ General / Automatic update menu. Please activate the service, then you can immediately enjoy the advantages of the update.
After activating this function, it will appear on the left lower corner of the patient database. Please click on it, then on the Update or Show menu point. After that the software is going to do the update automatically.
If there is a problem during update, please inform your administrator and run the installation of Cardiospy again under oversight. Then, please choose the Cardiospy Update Service from the components. Once you have installed it, please open the Settings / Control panel/ General / Automatic update window, then click on the Cardiospy Update Service in the opening Elevation type. The update is going to work then.

Import / export all settings
Your general settings can be transferred to your other computer. There is no need to set your general settings again and again. Please go into the Settings menu, then into the Import and Export Settings menu. Please choose the settings you wish to export. Then transfer the export file to another computer. After that please go into this menu again, and import the settings with the help of the Import menu.

Full screen mode
Use our full screen Cardiospy program without disturbing taskbar and menu bar. If you would like to set it, please choose the Settings/ Control panel/ Screen menu and activate the Full screen mode.

Real-time push notification based connection to the NetECG system

Support for UTF-8 encoded GDT messages
Not part of the original standard, implemented as an extension to it. Code page identifier (field 9206) for UTF-8 in our implementation is 9.
The interpretation of the UTF-8 coding has been inserted into the sent and received GDT messages. So that the used hospital system communicates with our software via GDT protocol and uses UTF-8 coding, our software will handle the exchange messages properly.

MSI installer for easier installation in managed environments
The MSI package format applies the own installer package handler of Microsoft, therefore Cardiospy can easily be installed without manual intervention. You may run the installer in silent mode or choose the installation directory in advance. You can do that and a lot more using our new MSI install program.

Low battery warning before starting the stress test
There is an opportunity to set the charging level in the software below which it will not allow running stress monitoring. So that you can keep the batteries from being flat during monitoring. The function can be available in the Settings/ Control panel/ Rest and Stress system/ Battery menu point.

The lead off warning has been transferred from the toolbar into the infobox. Due to that you can easily see on which channels the ECG drawing was split. The function can be activated in the Settings/ Infobox settings menu.

Template-based reclassification of beats after the stress test
The form analysis gets into the stress and continuous ECG softwares, also.So that you can easily examine the same forms. These can be modified together as well as form groups can be contracted. With the help of the manual and automatic demix you can delete beats from the group. You must allow the template analysis in the settings menu.

User-customisable alarm sounds during the stress test
If you would like to differentiate the various alarms, in the control panel you can set the sounds related to the individual alarms. The checkbox of the different alarm sounds must be activated, then you can choose the alarm by the help of the opening menu. Below that the scrollbars will also help you to opt the desired sound frequency. By pressing the Play button you can listen to the sound.

Holter system
Pediatric analysis mode for Holter ECGs
We optimized the QRS detector for the narrower QRS complexes of small children. You may manually activate this mode for each record or set an automatic age limit in the Control panel.
Warning: this mode may introduce artefacts in the automatic analysis result of Holter ECGs, especially if turned on for adult records. Please consider this when activating pediatric mode manually or setting the age limit for its automatic activation.

We have developed the algorithm of our program, due to that some new event types has been inserted into our Holter system. Our program analyses them automatically.

Manual noise editor
Easy manual exclusion of noisy sections using the Noise Editor in Holter ECG mode.
The read Holter record is too noisy. By the help of our new function you can easily exclude the noisy sections from the decision. In case of Holter records, please go into the Noise Editor tab. Correction is possible by using the scrollbar on the right side. The noisiest sections on the diagram are the bigger peaks. If you cut down them with the little scrollbars next to the channels, the noisy sections will get out from the decision.
You can finalize your modifications by the Apply button on the left side.

Customisable noise detector parameters
The user can turn on or off each component of the noise detector and can also change the overall sensitivity of the noise detection process. If sensitivity is increased, less noisy section will also be excluded from the analysis.

Cardiospy 5.02.08 Recycle bin function
With the help of this function you can put the indicated elements to the recycle bin before deleting. On the administration surface, under the settings can be found the Two-step deletion function. After turning it on, the Cardiospy Storage will switch on.
The deleted elements get into the Record recycle bin on the Administrator window. Here can be decided whether to delete them permanently, or set back.

Bug reporting system
In order to facilitate the users’ error indication a new window has been created that replaces the old blackbox function. It contains very useful logs and settings for locating errors and the contents of the Recorder, the actual records and other files and documents can also be attached to it.
Please send your error indication with the help of the new window.
Usage:
- This function can be reached:
• in the Help menu of the Cardiospy program, by clicking on bug report
menu item.
• in case starting the Cardiospy program is unsuccessful, then Start menu /
Programs / Labtech / Cardiospy / by clicking on Generate blackbox icon.
Please fill in the required fields in the window implicitly.
If there is a problem with the Holter or ABP recorder, please connect the recorder to the PC, then tick the memory content checkbox so that the contents of the Holter recorder will be included in the blackbox. This may take a few minutes.
A DIRECT INTERNET CONNECTION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR USING THIS FUNCTION, HOWEVER, IT CAN BE USEFUL FOR QUICKER HELP.

Further files and records can be also attached to the blackbox if you tick Select records or other files checkboxot. With the help of the upcoming + button other files can also be enclosed.
In case there is a problem with a record, then please open it with the help of Cardiospy program and after opening the bug report window activate the Actual record function. Then the record will be included in the blackbox.
When finished with filling in the required fields and the data are also included:
- if you have internet connection, press the Send button. Then the blackbox will be transferred to our Complaint Filing System. This may take a few minutes. We will respond to complaints shortly.
THE ACTUAL RECORD WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE BLACKBOX WITHOUT A NAME.

Holter two-monitor mode
The two-monitor mode has been made available also in the case of Holter systems.
This function can be activated in the Holter system under Settings / Control Panel / Holter ECG display menu, by switching the Two display mode.
On the second screen a whole ECG view can be seen. So that you can enjoy the benefits of the two monitors.

Stress software
End of stage blood pressure measuring
The end of scale blood pressure measurements, that can be used in the stress period, were placed into the stress software. You can activate the function under the System configuration / Blood Pressure option. At the III-IV stress periods please set the auto measuring to End of stage. So that the blood pressure measuring starts 1 minute before every end of stage.

Print of marked sample
The marked samples with the help of the SPACE button can be printed immediately by setting the function. Please get into the stress system , Settings / Control Panel / Resting and Stress ECG – Marked sample-here you can set it.
By activating the Show Sample title windows, in every case you mark a sample, a title window will be appearing –and the sample can be named. If you inactivate it, then only the sample can be marked.
The sample printing can be enabled by the printing function under that. Now the software will send the actual sample evidence to the default printer by pressing the SPACE button.

Manual stress test controlling in the infobox
The buttons are used at the manual stress test controlling can be reached in the infobar. Settings / Infobar settings. The buttons are bigger and were located to a more frequented place. So they are easier available.
