What is genre

Genre is the term for any categories of books, art or film, based on some set of universal criteria.

Thriller genre Thriller films, books and TV shows

usually are based around a sense of suspense.

Thrillers contain a sudden rush of emotions: suspense, exhilaration and mystery

Often involves crime, good vs evil andA villain driven plot.

The ProtagonistThe protagonist in a thriller film is the main good guy in the film, he is usually the first character you see. The protagonist is usually the leader of some sort of group or independent that tries to help people. For example the protagonist of the harry potter movies is harry potter as he is the leader of his group of friends and the “order of the phoenix” this proves he is the protagonist as this group is to help others.
