What is e-BRIDGE Accounts?

• e-BRIDGE Accounts is a simple yet effective software application allowing you to monitor usage and manage costs of your e-STUDIO MFD Fleet.

• It has a simple and intuitive user interface with wizards.

• Utilises a unique 5 digit account code system to represent each user and their respective department.

• Consolidated Reporting over multiple devices.

• Detailed usage and cost reports by User, Department and MFD.

How it works

• Users enter a unique 5 digit account code before any print, copy and scan jobs.

• Administrator can perform a “Fetch” (monthly, weekly or daily) and then generate easy to read reports.
