Directed Reading Program https://sites.google.com/umich.edu/drp/ [email protected] The Directed Reading Program (DRP) is run by graduate math students for undergraduate math and science students. Each undergraduate mentee is paired with a graduate mentor, with whom the mentee meets weekly to discuss their reading of a topic in mathematics. Near the end of the semester, the mentees give a talk on what they’ve learned at the DRP Final Project Presentations. In order to participate in the DRP program, you must: be an undergraduate student, have taken a math course involving proofs (e.g. Math 185 or Math 217), be willing to meet with your mentor once per week, and spend 4 hours per week working on your project, be available on the evening of December 3 for the DRP Final Project Presentations.
