What is Dropbox?Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere. Combine Dropbox files with your personalized landing page, and you can deliver a wealth of information to your clients with each page visit.
You will need to download and install Dropbox on your computer before it can integrate with MySite tools. If you do no have a Dropbox account you can create one during the installation process.

Adding Dropbox links to a Toast Message
Once you’re logged into MySite Tools. Click on the icon at the top of the screen labeled “My Codes”.
Select the tracker that you would like to add the links to.
Click + Add Toast Message next to the tracker you would like to add the link(s) to.

Continued…You will need to grant permission for MySite Tools to be able to access your Dropbox account. Inside the “+ Add A Toast Message screen” click on the button labeled “Connect to Dropbox”
Click the “Connect To Dropbox” button. If you’ve already connected before your files will automatically be displayed as a drop down list.

Continued…Once you select to “Connect to Dropbox” you will be redirected to the Dropbox page usually in a new window or browser tab. If not logged in to Dropbox, you may be asked to log into your Dropbox account.
Click “Allow” to give MySite Tools permission to access your files.

Continued…Once you have allowed access a folder for MySite Tools will be added to Dropbox in the Apps folder.

Continued…Now that permission has been granted you can begin to assemble which files you would like to share from your personalized landing page. All files copied to the “MySite Tools” folder will be accessible.
Click and drag the files you would like to share into the MySite Tools folder. (this can also be done from your desktop)

Continued…Once you have moved or copied all of your files you can close this window and return to MySite tools.
Close this window once your files have been copied.

Continued…Once the link has been established, your Dropbox files will display in the drop down list. Select a link and click “Save Changes”. If your screen does not switch automatically try closing out of the toast message and then open it again so it can refresh.
Now your files will appear in the drop down list.

Try it out but clicking the Shortened URL on the My Codes screen. A preview page will display showing your toast message.
