WHAT IS CHIP? Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention (CHIP) drives a system-wide, community response to make homelessness rare, short-lived, and recoverable. Through leadership and collaboration, CHIP secures funding for housing and services, manages and analyzes data collected by providers, advocates for policy change at the local and national levels, and supports community partners as we work together to end homelessness in Indianapolis.
