What I did to improve my English.

I know for myself that I understand the English language pretty good but I love to improve my vocabulary all the time. So as many young people I look a lot of movies and series. Instead of using the Dutch subtitles, I went for the English subtitles. In this way I could look at the words and memorise them how to write them. The English subtitles also need to help me with my feeling to write sentences. To train my vocabulary skills , I just left the subtitles behind and looked to series like Forever and House of cards to learn words from a specific profession segment. Besides that I started following some people on YouTube to understand different accents. That’s how I tried to improve my English a little bit.
