  • DESCRIBE A TYPICAL CLASSBODYVIVE® includes 2 main blocks of work that provide a well-rounded cross training workout that will improve your fitness and leave you feeling stronger and ready to take life on.

    CARDIO FITNESS Your instructor will guide you through 5 tracks of functionally based movements, leading you to a cardio peak that will have you in the aerobic training zone. The Cardio Fitness block can be low to medium impact and will focus on utilizing your largest muscle groups to lift your heart rate and improve agility, balance, and endurance. With moves that are easy to follow and lots of options, you can concentrate on working to your personal best.

    FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH Resistance tubing and integrated body weight exercises will strengthen your whole body. Each track has a specific training objective; Dynamic Strength focuses on strengthening your legs and core, Integrated Strength will improve upper body strength, and Hips will strengthen the muscles of your glutes and hips to improve balance and core strength. Core strength tracks will focus on efficiently training the muscles of your abdominals and back. Active Recovery and/or Stretch will provide an opportunity to increase your flexibility and mobility.

Resistance tubing will keep your muscles guessing as you challenge them with this really efficient, effective piece of equipment.
