What a Wonderful Day!!
Despite the terrible weather and the fact that the
jumping castle was inundated with water a very good time
was had by all.
Our staff were amazing,
working so hard to keep
everyone as dry as possible and as happy as possible. So
many family members came to help out and to support our
students.
The smiles on the faces of our kids was worth all of the
effort everyone put in.
As always there are so many people to thank. We had staff
organising and packing buses on
Wednesday afternoon, staff
shopping for supplies. Lots of
organisers and a great deal of
extra effort from everyone.
However the whole idea for the
day, the fund raising and bulk of
the organising came from just one

Keep up the good work!!
For the last week of term 1, Joss, Leonie and 6
senior boys were on bike camp. The aim was to
ride 100km around Myrtleford over 2 days along
with 16 other special schools.
We all managed the full bike ride, we did 40km on
Tuesday riding from Beechworth to Myrtleford,
then another 60km on Thursday riding from
Myrtleford to Bright and back! All boys were very
proud of themselves for making the whole
distance!
We had a relaxing day on Wednesday, We went
swimming & had a walk around the town of Bright,
then a bush walk in Myrtleford to a lookout.
“I feel good getting out
of my wheelchair and
standing in the standing
frame.“
“Thank you, my dear
teacher.”
