One fine day a li+le red hen found a grain of wheat. “Who will plant this wheat,” ques<oned the li+le red hen. “Too much work,” moaned the cat. “It’s too early,” barked the dog. So the li+le red hen planted the wheat
“Who will help me reap this wheat?” ques<oned the li+le red hen. “Too much work,” moaned the cat. “It’s too early,” barked the dog. “Then I will,” said the li+le red hen
and she reaped the wheat.
“Who will help me thresh this wheat?” ques<oned the li+le red hen. “Too much work,” moaned the cat “It’s too early,” barked the dog “Then I will,” said the li+le red
hen.
“Who will help me take this wheat to the mill?” ques<oned the li+le red hen. “Too much work,” moaned the cat. “It’s too early,” barked the dog. “Then I will,” said the li+le red
hen and she took the wheat to mill to be turned into flour.
While she was there Rat showed up and asked, “When you bake the bread, may I have a piece?” The li+le red hen agreed if he would help her at the mill, so Rat helped her. When she got home she ques<oned, “Who will bake this flour?” “Too much work,” moaned the cat. “It’s too early,” barked the dog. “Then I will,” said the li+le red hen
and she baked the flour. “Who will help me eat this bread,”
ques<oned the li+le red hen. “Me,” exclaimed the cat!
“I will,” exclaimed the dog!
“No Rat and I will,” said the li+le red hen. So she and Rat feasted on the bread.
