Company Mission
This radio station’s mission it to bring everyday goodness to women that are
having a stressful and overwhelming day. Sometimes they experince hardships while trying to balance out relationships, work,
kids, school activities, home finances, personal health and fitness. So this station
helps them to not only rediscover the strength, wisdom, and power but to help them find peace among the choas. It also has a golden purpose: To reach the Soul.
Purpose of the Guide
The purpose of this style guide is o show the basic concepts of what was used to bring the logo to where it is now based on what the client was asking for. This
includes what size it had to be, the type of font chosen, and the colors that were
incorporated in the design.
What to do & What not to doThe logo design for the WGSJBC Radio Station is kept simple and basic with a little bit of vibrant colors and has a font that correlates well with the icon. While creating this design, their are some tips that were very helpful and others that are letdown.

Adding a trupet instead of the same old sax is fine, but it needs to have some movement and vibrance to make it pop out.
Never add a stroke color outline to the words. Even if the outline is black, keep it the same color as the fill or remove it.

Black looks good on most titles but when your adding it in an icon it sticks out like a sore thumb.
Instead of using the same old instrument that represents jazz, why not create a different one that is also most known and used in jazz music.
When adding a title and subtitle to the logo always be mindful of how you place and size it with the symbol.
To make it look more eye-catching and vibrant add symbols like the heart and music notes to give it more of the jazzy feel. Sinc this is also a spritiual gospel radio station adding the cross and dove can help bring it out.
