Changzhou medical device industry takes an important position in China,

the number of medical device companies ranked first in Jiangsu Province.

There are 285 medical device companies in Changzhou, with annual

output value of 8.53 billion RMB.

Ministry of trade and industry of Israel in 2011.7.

Mr. Avi Hasson -Chief Scientist of Israel visited

WEZ in Feb of 2014

2.1 Background of China-Israeli Co-operations

In 2011, the first Israeli company –Lycored

invested in WEZ.

In 2013, Flon gained Exclusivity Sales

from Collplant in China and will set up a

JV for massive production and sales in

China in 3 years.

“Israeli Medical Device Road Show” was

held in WEZ in Nov of 2014.

2014.5.20, WEZ and MATIMOP signed a MOU of cooperation.

2015.01.29，Ms. Liu Yandong the Vice Prime Minister of China and

Mr. Liberman the Minister of Foreign Affair of Israel signed <China-

Israel 3 years’ action plan on innovation cooperation> also unveil

the nameplate for “China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park”.
