history• Its located at Rome, Italy.•The Pantheon was originally built as pagan temple for the common people to worship the 7 Roman Gods- Sun, Moon, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, Mercury, Mars.• The original Roman Pantheon was constructed in 27-25 B.C by emperor Marcus Agrippa, and the much larger Roman Pantheon that we see today was built by Emperor Hadrian between 118 and 125 A.D.• Pantheon remains as church and until now used as church.• It also keep king tomb’s.

The pantheon consist of two part which is portico and rotunda

•The portico consist of three rows of 8 column,14m high of Egyptian granite with Corinthian capitals and its lead to the entrance of the temple.•The wall of rotunda is 3 storey’s high on the outside. They made up of brick faced concrete and support the dome roof of the temple.•The pantheon’s height of 43m equals the dome diameter. Two identical domes would a perfect sphere, which would fit inside a cube of the same dimensions.

The fundamental principle of the old Roman religion required that the temples be rebuilt without changes in original form. Tradition required that the main entrance face north, and thus the whole building was oriented on the north-south axis of the building.
