    LODGING OF OBJECTIONS

    Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(i) read togetherwith section 78(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Property RatesAct, 2004 (Act 6 of 2004), hereinafter referred to as the ‘‘Act’’ that theSupplementary Valuation roll for the 2018/2019 financial years is openfor public inspection 4th Floor, Valuation Division, Montagu PlaceBuilding, Montagu Street, Mossel Bay from 1 August 2018 until 31August 2018.

    An invitation is hereby extended in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(ii) readtogether with Section 78(2) of the Act that any owner of property orother person who so desires should lodge an objection with themunicipal manager in respect of any matter reflected in, or omittedfrom the supplementary valuation roll within the above-mentionedperiod.

    Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 47, read with Section 16(2)(d) and (f) of the Overstrand Municipality By-Law on Municipal Land UsePlanning, 2015 that an application has been received for the following:
