Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 35(1) of the OverstrandMunicipality By-Law on Municipal Land Use Planning, 2015, that theMunicipal Planning Tribunal has amended Clause B.2.(a). as containedin Deed of Transfer T85461/2006 applicable to Erf 845, Sandbaai toread as follows:

‘‘That the above-mentioned erf or erven be used primarily forresidential purposes and any other use be subservient to the residentialuse.’’

The Municipal Planning Tribunal has removed B.2.(c) and B.2.(d) ascontained in Deed of Transfer T85461/2006 applicable to Erf 845,Sandbaai.
