This determination may be cited as the Medical (Area of Need) Determination (No. 3) 2013. Commencement 2. This determination comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. Area of need 3. The area of need specified in the Schedule is determined to be an area of need for the purposes of section 67(5) of the Schedule of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia). Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby close all WA State Waters to the operation of Jetlev Flyer Water Craft or Personal Water Craft fitted with the Flyboard device with the exception of approved Personal Water Craft Aerial Freestyle Areas. STATE WATERS: The limits of all Western Australian State Waters as bounded by the Northern Territory and South Australian boarders, from the high water mark to a line 3 nautical miles seaward of the territorial sea baseline. All coordinates based on GDA 94.
