ESD Surveys & Assessments. We will complete a free comprehensive evaluation of all current ESD materials using the standard ESDA Association approved calibrated equipment to measure various areas in your facility, including flooring, table top matting material, bags, wrist straps, heel grounders, continuous monitors etc… A final report is provided that follows the current ESDA ANSI/ESD 20.20 specification by paragraph, along with our observations and product recommendations.
•ESD Employee Training. We conduct free ESD employee training according to the ESDA ANSI/ESD 20.20 specification at your facility. We will review all areas of the 20.20 specification as an overview and can customize the presentation per your ESD program.
•Solder Tip Maintenance Training. Our team will provide hands-on training at your facility to show your operators and technicians how to properly maintain your Hakko soldering tips not only for peak performance, but life-time usage improvement which will lower your running recurring tips costs.
•Table-top Exhibits. We will bring our product offering to you! We have a simple way for your staff to see our products by setting up a mini show on tables at your site for any of our consumable products.

Solder Pot Exchange Program. Upon receipt of the material, Indium Corporation assigns a tracking number and analyzes the material for useable metal. Indium Corporation will issue a credit toward the next purchase or payment based on the percent of useable metal.
•Solder Paste Profiling. An Engineer from Indium Corporation will come in and conduct a line audit and suggest industry standard best practices. Indium Corporation Engineer will be present and assist with optimizing your SMT profiles.

This program provides an on-site review of your facility and chemical management program by an experienced chemist and expert in the field. For a reasonable cost, we provide recommendations to ensure environmental compliance, worker safety and operational efficiency. A comprehensive report is provided along with a follow-up consultation.
