Straight-Line Depreciation Method Election

Under IRC Section 168(b)(3)(D), the organization elects to use the straight-line method ofdepreciation, instead of the regular statutory method in computing the deduction for all propertyplaced into service dunng the tax year ending June 30, 2006. The election, made in accordancewith Code Sec. 168(b)(5), applies to all property placed in service during the tax year.
