Wenco is a small scale EPCM & SMPContractor specialised in Fibreglass PipingGRE/GRP/GRVE & Structural MechanicalPiping (SMP) works servicing major Australianclients such as Woodside, Chevron, BP, BHP,Water Corp, YARA, Department of Defence, andRoyal Australian Navy.

Wenco's workmanship can be seen in everymajor power station, desalination plant, andmining venture throughout Australia. Our HeavyEngineering division encompasses vesselmanufacture, plate work fabrication, dished endsand knuckle manufacture, section/plate rolling

and pressing, heat treatment and specialisedequipment hire.

We specialise in EPCM project managementservices. We are 100% Australian and own aworkshop area of over 15,000 sqm. We haveaccess to 100% owned specialist equipmentand approved GRP, PE, PVC, SS, CS welders.We aim to become a one-stop solutions providerfor the design, engineering, prefabrication,installation and testing of piping.

Our Fibreglass Division is particularly focusedon the Department of Defence, Royal AustralianNavy for supply and installation of critical FiberGlass Pipes in submarines, frigates & othernavy ships.

Our workshops are serviced by 16 gantry craneswhich have lifting capabilities of up to 100tonnes and clearance up to 12 metres under

hook. Our capabilities include pressing androlling up to 150mm thick, manipulatingequipment up to 100 tonnes, powered rotatorsof various sizes up to 800 tonnes and heattreatment facilities for stress relieving &normalising. Wenco's machining shop haslathes, borers, planers, radial arm drills andmilling machines of various sizes.

Our Onshore Offshore services division offersdesign, supply, fabrication, maintenance,structural work, erection, installation and hydro-testing to the oil and gas, mining, industrial,military defence, and marine sectors with specialemphasis on Composite as well as High-DensityPolyethylene (HDPE) piping systems. As well asa supplier and installer of carbon & stainlesssteel, GRE, GRP, GRVE, & FRP fibreglass

pipework systems in Australasia.

Our RLC&C (Rubber Lining, Conveyors &Ceramics - Mining Division) manufactures,sources and distributes various mining,quarrying, related wear solutions -rubber/composites - wear liners, sheet rubber,conveyor belts, pulley lagging, Nilos adhesives,splice repair kits & tool kits, ceramic liners,pump/pump liner and COMPOSIT rubber hoses.

The rubber lining, conveyors & ceramics divisionwas formed due to the demand and requestfrom the mining industry for an alternative tierone supplier who could supply and apply wearprotection and conveyor products at a high levelof quality and a cost-effective pricing structure.
