What We DoAs a full-service wedding planner, we help couples avoid the many nightmare stories that have been seen and heard; missed cues, things lost or forgotten, miscommunications and misunderstandings with and among helpers, vendors and service providers and the like.
By basically taking over all the tedious organisational work, we are able to alleviate much of the liaison and coordination work, running around and worrying from the couple. And by taking care of all matters on the actual wedding day, couples feel much more relaxed to enjoy themselves.
We believe that the wedding day is the culmination of all the preparation work. The couple should be able to thoroughly enjoy themselves and spend quality time with their family and friends who have come to celebrate with them instead of worrying whether everything will go according to plan.

Our ProcessConsultationBefore you decide to engage us as your wedding planner, we believe it is important to first undestand your needs and requirements. We will help you manage expectations and introduce you to various ideas that will suit your budget and needs.
Budget AnalysisAfter an evaluation of your budget, we will seek to recommend service providers and ideas to meet your every need.
Service Providers ManagementThis includes reservation of venues and securing the services of caterers, photographers, videographers, bridal makeup artist and hairstylist, bridal boutiques, tailors, florists, jeweller etc. Be it an outdoor or a hotel wedding, we will help source and secure the services of required service providers.
Programs & Entertainment ServicesProgramming elements of a wedding are the key contributors to making each wedding memorable. We will help you source for entertainers to add to the atmosphere of your event, working on the concept of the event program to suit your wedding theme. This also includes helping you look for instructors for special performance segments e.g. song dedications or wedding dances.
Event CoordinationWe will help you plan the event’s program and we seek to ensure that all aspects of that day are fully taken care of by your respective wedding service providers. Guest lists will be printed, rehearsals will be organised, helpers and venue staff will be briefed. With our assistance, your program for the event will flow smoothly, letting you enjoy your day with your loved ones fully

Seema Syed ZuberiAfter many years of living in Los Angeles, California and working behind-the-scenes in various Hollywood music, television & film projects, attending high profile events & witnessing so much creative potential unfold in front of her eyes; Seema began to see boundless possibilities in producing events herself for the entertainment industry and others as well. It was then she decided to focus on what she had a passion for and make event design and planning her life's work.
With a deep passion for her Indian culture & strong desire to literally expand her horizons; she moved across the globe to be closer to her East Indian roots. Working between Dubai & India since 2008, Seema is now happily settled in India.
Seema entered the eastern part of the world with 20 years of event design, production, management & marketing experience. She has managed & executed projects for some of the world's elite families & finest entertainment groups like HBO, MTV, Showtime & Warner Brothers. Her portfolio now includes an array of luxury birthday parties for all ages, weddings, corporate, special events, festivals & exhibitions in the United States, Canada, Dubai & India.
In addition to studying Business Administration & Management, she also earned continuing education certificates in Special Event Planning & Marketing at UCLA & strives to constantly educate & update her knowledge of the latest trends & techniques to exceed clients expectations & create only successful results.
