GUIDE Online Behavioral Health and Well-Being Support Services

In addition to valuable hospital, prescription and wellness coverage, this solution includes Guide virtual consultation services. These fully covered* 30-minute sessions are offered by master-level behavioral health clinicians, called Guide Care Concierges. (Note: The number of sessions varies by plan.)

Using an online appointment scheduling tool, members can conveniently schedule a session between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday. As part of that appointment scheduling process, they can review bios and select their Guide Care Concierge. They can also choose whether they would like the session to be over the phone or virtual.

The 30-minute consultation sessions with a Guide Care Concierge, provide members with:� In-the-moment support specific to their issue (stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation)� Brief intervention therapy and coping techniques, including breathing and calming exercises� General recommendations on available emotional well-being resources

To offer even more convenience, Guide session costs will be submitted directly to ArmadaCare, eliminating the need for members to file a claim.

Note: These consultations are HIPAA-compliant. Guide is not a crisis line. If a member, or anyone in their household, is experiencing a crisis or medical emergency, they must call 911.

*The Guide virtual behavioral health and well-being sessions are fully covered by the plan under the Mental Health Coaching and Office Visits benefits according to the plan maximum number of days.

GROUP WEBINARS AND ADDITIONAL SUPPORTResources for Coping

Members have complimentary access to a series of group-based webinars. Hosted by a master’s level behavioral health clinician, these weekly 30-minute webinars focus on managing anxiety, building resilience, maintaining focus and other well-being topics. The webinars are conducted via secure, private video meeting with only the counselor in view. There is a Q&A at end to answer any questions.

Note: These webinars are offered on set dates and times. Information will be provided to ArmadaCare clients and members in advance.

In addition to these sessions, clients can access information sheets for distribution to employees on topics such as managing anxiety when working from home, working at home with kids and more.
