MIRA Wellness & Spa is the perfect place to recharge

post-hiking pampering or just because you fancy it. Relax

in the warmth of the 35°C saltwater pool, enjoy a body

and beauty treatment with products from our alpine

surroundings or indulge your senses in the LA MIRA

sauna landscape, with its invigorating, stimulating and

refreshing wellness options. Every so often, treat mind

and body to some downtime in the Panta Rhei relaxation

room, where soothing music and a mystic atmosphere

means that all-round R&R is guaranteed.

lates your acid-alkaline balance and helps your

sports device which makes daily life more active and

more enjoyable, and can also be used for muscle

development. You can test smovey for free during

our weekly activity programme. The device can also

help speed up recovery after an injury. True to the

SPA ETIQUETTESpa wearYou will find a bathing bag containing towels, slippers

and bath robe in your room. Please refrain from taking

valuables into the LA MIRA Wellness & Spa. Lockers are

provided for use by external guests.

Clothes may not be worn in the sauna area. Please

use your sauna towel when visiting the sweat parlour

in order to ensure that sweat does not drip onto the

benches.

Sauna towels are not required in the steam bath. It

goes without saying that our guests are requested to

shower prior to bathing and after sweating.

Swimming pool/sauna/gym

Children under 16 years of age must be accompa-

nied by their parents in the swimming pool for safety

reasons.

Adults and young people over the age of 16 are

permitted to use our outdoor saltwater pool and sauna

landscape.

Animals are not permitted at LA MIRA Wellness & Spa

or in the surrounding park.

Adults and young people over the age of 16 are

permitted to use the fitness area, provided that they are

dressed in suitable workout gear and trainers without

black rubber soles. Please understand that children

under 16 years of age cannot be admitted for safety

reasons, even if accompanied by an adult.

Rest and relaxationPlease refrain from making mobile telephone calls and

conducting loud conversations out of consideration for

other spa guests. We would like to draw your attention

to the fact that the entire spa area has been designed

with those seeking rest and relaxation in mind.

Non-smoking zoneThe entire spa and wellness area is a non-smoking

zone.

AppointmentsWe recommend that you make treatment appoint-

ments at the same time as your hotel reservation.

Booking early helps us to fulfil specific requests.

Depending on availability, appointments may also be

made on arrival.

Meeting pointKindly arrive at the LA MIRA Wellness & Spa reception

area five to ten minutes prior to your appointment so

you can enjoy your treatment in a relaxed, punctual

manner.

Delays/cancellationIn the event of a delay, please inform the LA MIRA

Wellness & Spa reception team. Please note that your

treatment time will decrease correspondingly in the

event of a delay, but that the fee will be charged in

full. Likewise, if the appointment is not kept and no

cancellation is made, the full fee will be charged. If

appointments are not kept, the services included in

a package shall be deemed to have been provided.

PricesAll prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Conversion

to euros is possible at the current daily rate.
