Boxing: Combine the fundamentals of box-
ing, plyometritcs and HIIT in this action
packed class.
Cardio Tone: High and Low interval train-
ing set to upbeat music and dance moves.
Use of weights will help tone and strength-
en key muscle groups.
Coastal Circuit: Immerse yourself in the
beauty of Kapalua with this fast paced walk
on the coastal trail while incorpo-
rating strengthening exercises to get a full
body workout.
Core Yoga: Find your center with this yoga
practice focused on alignment bringing
awareness to proper breathing, posture
and core support and activation
Foam Rolling: Reduce tension in all areas
of your body through guided foam rolling
exercises designed to loosen and lengthen
tight muscles. Finish class with a guided
breathing exercise, which will help you
achieve total body relaxation.
Fundamentals of Yoga: Get back to the
basics with this gentle movement yoga
class incorporating balance and body
awareness.
Gentle Yoga: Guided through a series of
poses that will bring you peace of mind and
relaxation. Appropriate for beginners!
Glutes and Abs: Strengthen those trouble
zones in just in time for the new year with
this class focused on building lean muscle in
your legs and glutes while flattening and
toning your abdominal muscles.
Injury Prevention: Learn how to prevent
injury with building functional strength with
this low impact class.
Kapalua Coastal Walk: Recharge and Refo-
cus with this guided walk along Kapalua’s
beautiful shoreline with a personal fitness
guide.
Kinesis Wall Workout: This four-station wall
circuit creates a fantastic workout, combin-
ing cardio, strength and flexibility training.
The cables’ 360-degree range of motion
makes it an extremely versatile workout that
can be customized for anyone from a begin-
ner to a professional athlete.
Mantra Meditation: This carefully designed
session teaches powerful techniques and
sequences with easy to apply mantra medita-
tion to improve your concentration and pro-
vide a profound sense of inner jou, peace
and better health.
Physio Ball Pilates: lengthen and strengthen
your muscles, down to the deepest core,
while focusing on balance and alignment.
After this Pilates session, your joints will be
looser, and there is a sense of calm that
comes from the flowing rhythm of the exer-
cises.
PIYO:Build your inner strength by
testing your outer strength with this Pilates
and yoga inspired workout that will help get
you stronger, lose weight, and increase flexi-
bility while having fun.
Power Flow Yoga: Build strength and endur-
ance with this Vinyasa style yoga class. A full
flow focusing on body awareness, inner
strength and breath.
Restorative Yoga: calm your body and mind by
slowing down in this gentle class, while utilizing
support from props to hold the poses longer.
Rise and Shine Yoga: Greet the day with morn-
ing classes customized for all levels.
Spin: This 45 minute ride comes complete
with nonstop resistance challenges, providing
guidance and helping you to attain your goals
quickly. Maintain and build cardiovascular en-
durance while burning calories and increasing
metabolism.
Spin & Tone Circuits: Start your day off with
this 45 minute full body, fat burning workout. A
series of circuits of spinning on the bike and
strengthening exercises off the bike to make it
fun and efficient. All levels welcomed, gym
shoes required.
Stability Ball Stretch & Strength: A full body
workout using the stability ball, weights and/or
bands to build strength, flexibility and balance.
Yoga for Back & Hips: Get healthy hips and
back with this class focusing on body align-
ment and posture.
Yoga for Neck & Shoulders: A gentle yoga se-
quence focusing on the neck and shoulders.
Poses focus on releasing stress and muscle ten-
sion related to everyday postures.
Yogalates: A dynamic fusion of Yoga and
Pilates that will increase your flexibility, create
strong muscles, increase body awareness, im-
prove posture and help relax and clear your
mind.
Zumba: Dance the time away with this ener-
getic class incorporating dance styles from
around the globe.
