BMW and MINI Company Vehicles, Sales Demos, Speciality Demos, Extended Test Drive, Shuttle or Limo, and Retired Service Loaner Vehicles are
not eligible. The Fleet incentive cannot be used in conjunction with the BMW Ultimate Drive Event (Level 1 only), BMW Car Club, BMW College Program, BMW
Group Partner & Family Program, BMW CCA program, European Delivery, Diplomatic, USAA and / or Military Sales program, BMW Limousine & Hotel Shuttle Program, and the BMW VIP Purchase Program, which all are not eligible. Atlas Copco North America LLC – Hertz Rental Program
Did you know Atlas Copco North America LLC has a national agreement with Hertz? And, that under the national agreement each Atlas Copco entity in North America has their own special Corporate Discount Program Number (CDP#)? The CDP#s allow us to properly track spend for each business and also helps determine the proper allocation of the annual rebate we receive from Hertz.
New Hertz users please skip to Section 3 for instructions on how to sign up for Hertz Gold Plus rewards. Existing Hertz Gold Plus members, start below to ensure you are enrolled under the correct CDP #.
(Please note that all business CDP#s fall under our master agreement with Hertz. There is no difference in price for each business. This only helps us properly report each businesses spend and distribute rebate monies)

1. Log into your Gold Plus Rewards account at Hertz.com
2. Click “My Account”, and select “My Profile”
3. Click the “edit” button in section “1.Personal Details” 4. Check your CDP entry to ensure the correct business is displayed. If it is incorrect click the Trash Can Icon to delete the
existing entry. Then enter your correct CDP # in the field (see list on page 3 of flyer)
5. Scroll to end of page and click the “update” button. 6. Don’t forget to write down your membership # as you will need it during Section 2. It can be found by clicking “My
Account” and selecting “print my card”.

Please ensure your Hertz member number is listed in your Axiom account.
1. Log into your Axiom account at Axiom.com
2. Select “Go to profile”
3. Click the “travel preferences” button in the Preferences box. 4. Scroll down to the “Car Rental – Car memberships” section. 5. Select HERTZ from the drop-down list. Enter Hertz member number and click the “add” button. 6. Scroll to bottom of page and click “Select”.
Congratulations! You have just ensured that your spend with Hertz on rental cars is properly tracked.

New users to sign up for Hertz Gold Club
1. Go to Hertz Gold Club, then enter the information as below and click the “Submit” button
2. Select the “Join Now for Free” button.
3. Fill out the gold member application (be sure to delete the generic “Atlas Copco North America LLC” in the Corporate Discount Program section by clicking the trash can icon. Then enter the correct CDP # for your business in the box provided.
4. Fill out the remaining sections and agree to the terms. 5. You gold # will be sent to you via email within 48 hours. 6. Add your Gold # to your Axiom profile. For help adding to Axiom, please see section 2 above.
