DISPLAY OF VACANCIES

In this first step the CSE/DEO will release the clear vacancies, 8 year long standing vacancies and vacancies due to rationalization .

These vacancies will be displayed in the CSE and DEO websites

APPLYING ONLINEo In this stage every teacher who wants to transfers have apply online through APONLINE or CSE website. Rationalization and long standing teachers have submit online application compulsory.

o Teachers should apply online within stipulated given time. Those who submit their details online will able to participate in web counseling process later. When you submit your details your entitle points for transfers will be calculated.

o Take print out of the submitted application and submit to concerned HM / MEO.

CONFORMATION OF APPLICATION

• When you submit your printed application to MEO/HM with necessary documents for confirmation.

• It means that you are showing your willingness to participate in transfer process MEO/HM will forward this application to DEO office.

PROVISIONAL SENIORTY LISTS- OBJECTIONS- GENARATE OTP

Basing on the received applications entitlement points, Provisional seniority lists in each category of posts will prepared and displayed in concern DEO website.

Applicants should check the seniority lists properly and submit objections if necessary. After then final seniority lists prepared.

After preparation of final seniority list, every applicant has to conform his/her candidature for participating in transfer process. One time password (OTP) sent to their mobile. Once applicant confirm his/her candidature. His/her post will be shown in arising vacancies.

WEB OPTIONSo Using ID and OTP sent to your mobile login in the website. Every applicant give their options (PLACES) through online.

o Applicants login and follow ON SCREEN instructions. When district selected mandal wise list will be displayed when you select mandal all existing vacancies , 8 years vacancies and arising vacancies of that mandal will be shown for selection.

o Every applicant can select 199 options from displayed list.

o Those who are completed 8 years, rationalization effected must give options in the last they select “select all” option.

Those applicants Unwilling to transfer has give their own place as the last option.

After submission of preferences download the PDF of submitted preferences and read the declaration and disclaimers.

Every applicant can change their options preferences for two times only within time period after submit of options.

Transfers will be made exclusively in the order of seniority and the entitlement points awarded

No complaints shall be entertained once application is submitted

GENARATING OF TRANSFER ORDERS

After closure of web options, transfer orders will generated online within time bound given in schedule.

The allotment of new schools details will be sent through SMS to concerned applicant.
